As first-time house buyers, Emily and Michelle made us feel right at home throughout the process, from taking the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, to walking us through all the legalities and paperwork, to connecting us with local businesses they stand behind to do any renovations/fixes needed. Emily and Michelle were both very kind and patient, worked with our schedules, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. They prioritised us at every turn, and promptly responded to any questions and concerns we had.
